M2 opens new co-working office space in Las Palmas

On November 14th m2 opened its first co-working and office space in Las Palmas, in the pedestrian street Calle Peregrina in Triana.

The building is 300 year’s old and used to be the primary residence of the famous Canarian author Nestor Álamo. m2 are restoring the building the whole building with the Álamo family to convert it into an inspirational working area with 10-20 offices, co-working areas, meeting rooms and cafe. Events and exhibitions will also be held in the beautiful building.

The main restoration work will begin in early 2015 with an estimated completion date at Easter. We are currently taking reservations for offices and co-working tables. To make a reservation and organise a viewing of the building please contact
